1. To Cut and paste text
A: I need your help, please!
B: How can I help you?
A: How can I cut text in Word?
B: First, you select text you wish to cut by dragging the mouse over the portion of the text. This part should be highlighted. Then, right-click on it and click on the Cut on Drop-down menu
A: oh, it disappeared. One more thing, how can I paste it to where I want?
B: It’s easy! Move your mouse to the place you want to paste, right-click and click on the Paste on Drop-down menu
A: ah, I got it. Thanks







2. To Copy text
A: I need your help, please!
B: How can I help you?
A: How can I copy text in Word?
B: First, you select text you wish to copy by dragging the mouse over the portion of the text. This part should be highlighted. Then right-click on it and click on the Copy on Drop-down menu
A: Ok, I’ve done tht now. What last?
B: OK. Click the cursor where you want to paste, right-click and choose Paste from Drop-down menu.
A: ah, I got it. It’s very kind of you!







3. To Delete file eternally
A: I wish the file disappear eternally, how can I do it?
B: You mean you want the file is deleted without you have to delete it in Recycle bin again?
A: yes, I mean that. I found it wastes time when I have to delete it again in Recycle bin.
B: yah. First, you select file you want to delete eternally by dragging over on it. Then you press Shift and Delete on your keyboard at once.
A: Like this?
B: Yes. And click Yes in the box. Now, you can check in Recycle bin, is it there?
A: oh, it disappeared. Thanks a lot!



4. To Insert table
A: How can I create a table in Word?
B: Well, now choose Insert on the Menu bar
A: As this?
B: Yes. From Insert menu, select Table then selct Insert Table. As you can see this display a dialog box, fill in Number of columns and Number of rows of the table you want to create. To fill in them, you drag on number in cells after lines “Number of columns” and “Number of rows” and type number you want.
A: OK. I’ve done that now. What next?
B: Click OK button at bottom of the dialog box. Now, you see the table you want
A: Ah, great! I got it. It’s very kind of you!







5. To Split column
A: Can you help me, please?
B: How can I help you?
A: I don’t know how to split the column in text.
B: Well, drag over the text. Next, choose Page layout on Menu bar, then choose Coloumns in it. As you can see, this displays a Drop-down menu with different options: One, Two, Three, Left, Right, More columns… and you select option you want.
A: Ah, I see the change in text. Thank you!
